Full Commercial & Academic Rights

Use, print, publish, sell, bind, and distribute your generated sheets without licensing fees.

Zero Mandatory Attribution

You own your exported documents completely; attribution is appreciated but never required.

Physical Calibration Responsibility

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GraphPages.com (the 'Website', 'Service', or 'Platform'), including our Printable Graph Paper Generator, Interactive Virtual Studio, Templates Catalog, and Guides, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Permitted Use & Broad Commercial License

GraphPages grants you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use our tools for any lawful purpose. This includes:

  • Personal & Recreational Use: Printing graph paper for bullet journals, sketching, crafting, gaming, and hobbyist projects.
  • Educational & Classroom Use: Teachers, professors, schools, and academic institutions may print, duplicate, and distribute unlimited physical sheets or digital PDFs to students without restriction.
  • Commercial & Professional Use: Architects, engineers, authors, and businesses may use generated templates, diagrams, and sketches in client deliverables, published books, manufactured products, notebooks, and digital publications.
  • Commercial Sale of Physical Goods: You are explicitly permitted to print, bind, and sell physical notebooks, journals, or planners containing graph paper generated from GraphPages without paying royalties.
  • Zero Mandatory Attribution: While a link back or mention of GraphPages.com is always appreciated, it is never legally required on your printed or published materials.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (Our Brand vs Your Output)

Your Output Belongs to You: All intellectual property rights in any drawing, sketch, annotation, vector diagram, or customized PDF created by you using our tools remain exclusively yours.

Our Platform IP: The GraphPages name, brand logo, website typography, custom CSS styles, user interface layout, software source code, domain name, and written educational guide copy are the property of GraphPages.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and international intellectual property laws.

You may not scrape, clone, mirror, or redistribute the GraphPages software application itself as a competing hosted web service without our explicit prior written consent.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Acceptable Use

When using GraphPages.com, you agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to overload, stress-test, or perform denial-of-service (DoS) attacks on our static infrastructure.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or exploit any vulnerability in our hosting networks or security controls.
  • Inject malicious code, scripts, or cross-site scripting (XSS) payloads into shareable URL parameters or hashes.
  • Use the platform to distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.

5. Physical Scale Accuracy & Printer Calibration Disclaimer

While GraphPages calculates mathematical grid spacing with millimeter and sub-pixel precision (e.g., 5.0 mm grid spacing corresponds exactly to 5.000 mm in vector PDF coordinates), physical print scaling is ultimately controlled by your local operating system, PDF reader, and physical printer hardware.

Calibration Responsibility: Printers and operating systems often default to 'Fit to Printable Area' or 'Shrink Oversized Pages', which scales documents down by 3% to 8%. To achieve true 1:1 scale, you must select 'Actual Size' or 'Scale: 100%' in your printer dialog.

For mission-critical engineering, aerospace, medical, architectural, or manufacturing tolerances, you must always measure the embedded 50 mm / 2.0 inch calibration test block on physical printouts with a calibrated ruler or caliper before relying on the grid for physical fabrication.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GraphPages.com is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular drafting purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely bug-free, or compatible with every browser version or printer hardware model.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GraphPages.com, its maintainers, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, project delays, or drafting/manufacturing errors) arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Website, its tools, or its generated documents.

8. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any feature or paper style on GraphPages.com at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Website after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
